There are many factors that hinder pregnancy such as poor blood circulation and pelvic distortion. However, there is a factor that many people don't know about.

Loose vagina

Poor blood circulation and pelvic distortion are easy to imagine but loosened vagina is something many people don't know about.

The human body has a built-in mechanism to support pregnancy, which is especially evident during sexual intercourse.

A tight vagina plays a major role in this.

What happens if you have a loose vagina?

Many women who want to get pregnant actually have a loose vagina.

Symptoms of a loose vagina include urinary incontinence and nighttime bleeding during menstruation.

In normal conditions, there is no bleeding at night during menstruation, so nighttime sanitary products are rarely needed.

The cause of nighttime bleeding during menstruation :

・ The vagina is supposed to be closed at night, but the vagina becomes loose due to a decrease in the balance of the autonomic nervous system

Poor blood flow in the uterus where there are many blood vessels

・ Loosened pelvic floor muscles

What we can do ourselves is to ①strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and ② improve blood flow in the uterus.

①How to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles?

The secret to training your pelvic floor muscles is breathing

When we say "strengthening the pelvic floor muscles," we tend to focus solely on moving and tightening them like muscle training, but that's a big misunderstanding.

The goal of pelvic floor muscle training is to build muscles that can move correctly and flexibly. To achieve this, it's important not only to tighten the pelvic floor muscles, but also to relax them.

The key to effectively "tightening" and "relaxing" your pelvic floor muscles is to move them in time with your breathing. This is because the diaphragm, located deep in your torso, and the pelvic floor muscles work in tandem.

When you exhale, the diaphragm rises, and with it, the pelvic floor muscles are pulled up (tightened). Then, when you inhale, the diaphragm descends, and the pelvic floor muscles relax. Remember, "exhale to tighten, inhale to relax."

Let's do the training! ↓

While lying on your back, tighten your anus, urethra, and vagina for about 5 seconds, as if you are pulling up your entire genital area. Then release the tension and relax. Repeat this cycle of "tightening" and "relaxing" 10 times in a 1-minute period.

Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles can also help prevent uterine prolapse.

②How to improve blood flow in the uterus?

Poor blood flow in the uterus means poor blood flow in the sacrum.

The sacrum and uterus are directly connected by a ligament called the sacral uterine ligament, so warming the sacrum also warms the uterus.

There are many ways to do this, but the easiest way to get started is to keep the lower abdomen and sacrum warm by "sandwiching heat bag".

I use handmade rice heat bags to warm up the area. You can use wheat bag instead. By warming both sides at the same time like a sandwich, you can effectively warm the area around your pelvis.

There are many important pressure points concentrated around the abdomen and sacrum. For example, the acupressure points above the sacrum are to remove coldness from the whole body and treat a variety of gynecological disorders.

The purpose of ''sandwich head bag'' is to warm the uterus and improve gynecological symptoms, but by warming the internal organs, it also removes coldness from the intestines and improves intestinal problems such as constipation and diarrhea.

As stress makes muscles stiff and restricts blood flow, it's also very important to take time to relax and relieve stress.

Taking for a walk in nature or watching your favorite movies with hot drink sounds so nice.

☆My number one recommendation for both relaxation and promoting blood flow is organic mugwort yoni steam.(Available with Womb balance therapeutic treatment)

Mugwort Steam is a treatment that has been practiced in Korea for over 600 years originally to promote postpartum recovery.

Mugwort and other herbs are boiled in a pot, and the herbal steam is absorbed through the mucous membranes and skin of the anus and uterus.

In Korea, postpartum care centers use this therapy, and some gynecologic and maternity hospitals in Japan also provide this therapy as an effective womb care.

Womb balance therapeutic treatment promotes the total balance of womb and body by properly aligning the uterus to the center of the body.

By performing mugwort steaming after adjusting the position of the uterus through therapy, the active ingredients of mugwort steaming can be more effectively absorbed by the body.

If you're interested, feel free to make a booking for your therapy.
